 | Is there a way to limit the maximum bandwidth?
I am still on dialup and when downloading a large file sometimes I need to surf the web. I can pause, but some servers don't get along with a 15 min pause.
Others apps let me throttle back to 50% of dial up so my browser (or another computer on the network) can get some bandwidth. |
