 | I know - "Are you using the correct log/pass details" - YES!
Our pass/log has changed on our web sftp server. Strangely enough cftp now errors "user logging error" when I try to connect using the new credentials.
I have tested this using other ftp clients (transmit, dreamweaver on the mac and dreamweaver and filezilla on the pc) and everything works accept cftp on the mac/leopard. Oddly enough using cftp on tiger connects to my sftp account with no problem. So I think this is isolated to cftp 5.2 on leopard.
Any ideas? Im looking at transmit for 30 bucks as a permanent workaround unfortunately only because I dont need to keep paying them for fixing issues and it simply works! |

| Try removing the sftp password from KeyChain (/Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access) - locate your server and remove it. You can also check the password there. |
