 | I am demo-ing this product, and I am hoping that it is totally dummy-friendly. Even the help menu doesn't yet walk a user through exactly what to do, if you have built an iWeb site and purchased a hosting package. What are the very basic steps to do this? What do you copy from one side to the other? What goes in the other side, the ftp address? The web address? |

| 1. First you have to connect to your server where you want to upload your files. Choose Captain FTP/Remote/Quick Connect from main menu. Enter the server ftp address (it is often different than the web one). This address should be found on your server settings description. You will need user name and password which should be also found in the settings part.
2. Then you should upload (copy on remote server) all files you made for the site.
Captain FTP is the tool for transferring ANY files/folders from/to remote servers. |
