With as good as Capt, FTP is, why oh why do yo uhave such a
this 'forum' is the worst thing I have ever seen. Why does it take 4
steps just to post something?
v2.7x will not let me click on the enter code button, so it appears
I am now screwed in that I can not use the software I paid for.
Previous messages from other users lists a solution to simply
download a new version as this problem is now 'fixed', yet there
is no download available for 2.x versions on the site.
While I like the product, your website is so unusable that I never
come back here to see new info as it is too difficult to find
anything. Please get someone to create a functional site for you
and lose the flash buttons and extra eye candy stuff that does
nothing to enhance the user experience.

i have to agree. I'm trying to find a mac SSL capable ftp client for a customer (there seems to be zero) and all i really want to do is see some screen shots or an FAQ on how to create a bookmark and enable ssl. i shouldnt have to register just to SEE if that information is available. plus, the link to get a decent description of Captain FTP is buried. Please re-do the navigation of your site.

It seems pretty clear that the maintainers of this site care more
about eye candy that functionality.
Most likely this will result in the lose of yet another customer (I
know other people that so hate your site they wouldn't even
purchase the product).

I agree, the site is a mish-mash. You could, however, do a nice site
with both the eye candy, and funcionallaty. It is doable.

I just purchased CaptainFTP.
Navigation is difficult.
Forum is a joke. THE look in forums is typified by phpBB, vBulletin and InvisionPowerBoard. Switch to one of them.
